We offer a 21 day return policy; the 21 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned items provided that they have not been opened, used or any security seals broken. "Your statutory rights are not affected."

In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify Free To Explore Beauty either in writing or via email within 7 days. We are happy to replace damaged items.

Please note that we can not accept returns on Afterglow Cosmetic samples for hygiene reasons. For Clipinz Hair Extensions, once the packaging has been opened we regret to inform you that we can not accept returns for hygiene reasons.

Please download or print our Returns Form, complete the form with your details and the reason for the return and ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged goods.

We will refund the cost of your purchase within 7 - 14 working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied or arrived damaged then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs. All goods are quality checked before despatching and due care is taken when packing, in order to avoid damage.

Please notify us by email if an item is being returned, enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. We can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.
