Gift Wrapping Service FAQs

1) Where do I go to purchase the Gift Wrapping Service?

It's easy, simply click on the Gift Bags link under Category on the Homepage and make your selection, alternatively, you can click on the gift link above or below on this page.

2) How does your Gift Wrapping Service work?

You can choose the type of gift bag, gift box or gift wrapping and colour you desire, purchase as an item, and in the customer comments box when you checkout, you can send us a message either requesting to have your purchase / purchases Gift Wrapped in your choice that you selected.

3) How much do you charge for your Gift Wrapping Service?

We do not charge for the service and only ask that our customers purchase their chosen Gift selection

4) Can you send a personal message on the mini gift card?

We can send a personalized message for you, providing you leave your personal message in the customer comments box when you checkout or send us an email with your order number and personal message.

5) How would I know if my item can fit into my chosen Gift selection?

All gift bags and gift boxes clearly state the size and we have made suggestions in the listing of what type of products would be suitable for the size. Gift wrapping size is irrelevant and is mainly recommended for larger items.

6) Why can you not put larger gift items into gift bags or gift boxes?

Larger items would require larger gift bags or gift boxes which would cost you substantially more in postage.

7) Do you post the product in the chosen gift selection by post without protection against damage to the gift bag, gift box or gift wrapping?

We take great pride in our packaging, all our items are securely and carefully packaged and that includes items that are gift wrapped.

8) Do you ship gifts to an alternate address other than the invoice address?

We are unable to ship gifts to an alternative address due to security reasons and protection for our customers.
