Q. Do you ship outside the UK?

A. We do ship outside the UK. Please note that orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to a customs charge.

Q.  How much are your shipping charges?

A. Our shipping charges are based on the weight of an order, not per item and will be clearly displayed during checkout. Please refer to our Delivery and Postage information page for shipping charges.

Q. What payment method do you accept?

We accept credit cards via Paypal, or if you prefer you may use your Paypal account.

For International orders, we will require a confirmed address through Paypal and selecting the Signed For Delivery is advisable.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

A. All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. This only applies on our normal business days, i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Please ensure that we receive all orders by 3:00pm including Special Next Day deliveries for same day processing and despatch.

Q.  When will my order arrive?

A. Delivery is usually within 1-5 working days after despatch and this applies to 1st Class delivery Service within the UK.

For deliveries outside the UK please allow up to 14 working days after despatch.

Q. What should I do if my order is late?

A. If your order does not arrive within 14 days of despatch then please email us with your order number and we will follow up with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Q. Can my order be shipped to an alternate address?

A. For security reasons we do not ship to alternative addresses other than the cardholder address.
